Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zerpify — including the Chrome Extension, the website at zerpify.com, our API, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") — you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not install, access, or use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" will refer to that entity.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

Zerpify provides an AI-powered SEO intelligence platform delivered primarily as a Google Chrome Extension, supplemented by a web-based dashboard and API backend. The Service provides tools including but not limited to:

• SERP intent classification and keyword analysis
• On-page SEO scoring and technical auditing
• Content gap mapping and topical strategy generation
• Ranking volatility monitoring
• Bulk keyword research (Pro tier)
• AI-generated SERP summaries and content recommendations
• Project saving, exporting, and account management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to notify registered users of significant changes via email where reasonably practicable.

Accounts & Registration

Certain features of the Service require you to create a registered account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at admin@zerpify.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, particularly where we believe these Terms have been violated.

Free & Pro Plans

Zerpify operates a two-tier service model:

• Free Plan: Available to all registered users at no cost. Includes unlimited SERP metrics, intent classification, on-page scanning, SEO debug mode, multi-geo analysis, and up to 3 saved projects.
• Pro Plan: A paid subscription offering additional features including historical ranking trends, unlimited AI SERP summaries, competitor gap analysis, full strategy builder, bulk keyword research (up to 100 keywords), SERP monetisation scoring, full authority leak detection, and CSV/JSON export.

Subscription billing for the Pro Plan is managed through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain Pro access until that date.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice to active Pro subscribers. Continued use of the Pro Plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Service. You must not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service beyond what is offered by our API
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Service or API to third parties without our express written consent
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content through the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related network or system
• Use the Service to collect personally identifiable information about other users without their knowledge or consent

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Zerpify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Service
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Service
• Download or copy account information for the benefit of a third party

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

You retain ownership of any content or data you input into the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Zerpify a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store that content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary:

• We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We use session tokens and encrypted storage for account security
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time

The Chrome Extension operates in a privacy-first manner: it only activates on Google Search pages and only sends data to our servers when you actively trigger an analysis. It does not monitor your general browsing behaviour.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and relies upon various third-party services. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third parties, including:

• DataForSEO — provides keyword volume, difficulty, and CPC data
• MailerSend — handles transactional email delivery (e.g., verification codes)
• Cloudflare — provides infrastructure, security, and data storage (KV and D1)
• Google Chrome Web Store — governs distribution of the Chrome Extension

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party data sources. Keyword volume and difficulty data are provided for informational purposes only and may vary from other tools or direct sources.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no liability for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any data, results, or analysis provided by the Service is accurate, complete, or current
• SEO strategies or recommendations generated by the Service will improve your search rankings
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

You acknowledge that any reliance on material provided by the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zerpify, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Loss of or damage to your reputation
• Cost of procuring substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Zerpify in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £50 GBP.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@zerpify.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will process deletion of your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In cases of serious violations, we may also pursue legal remedies.

Upon termination for any reason:

• All licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked
• You must cease all use of the Service and uninstall the Chrome Extension
• Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability sections

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an email notification to registered users (where the changes materially affect your rights)
• Display a notice within the Service or extension for a reasonable period

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at zerpify.com/terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
